Freight To Italy

A comprehensive range of road freight export solutions to Italy including weekly groupage services, part and full loads and express freight.

Since our incorporation in 1995, we have been actively engaged in road freight transportation between the UK and Italy, and vice versa. Our primary objective at the time was to offer tailored freight forwarding services that prioritise our clients’ based in Italy and their specific needs. With partner depots strategically located throughout Italy, we are well-positioned to facilitate shipping to Milan, Modena, Rome, Verona, Naples, Venice, and Turin.

We have established our freight export services to Italy, primarily Bologna region in northern Italy. This core cargo has enabled us to expand and diversify our services to Italy while providing our clients with highly competitive rates on any over-stow or light cargo.

We offer a comprehensive range of services to Italy, including weekly groupage with departures on Tuesday and Friday, part and full loads with transit times of 3-4 days, and multi-modal operations, including sea freight from the UK (with the best rates on shipping containers) and our industry-leading Italian express service for any urgent or time-sensitive cargo.

As of the 1st of January 2021 customs clearance is now required on all goods entering or exiting Great Britain. Here at Plexus Freight we have been working hard to ensure that all our client requirements are met. We aim to be in a position to offer a full range of custom services that will see goods transported in line with the new regulations. With strategically positioned custom offices throughout Europe, we are able to ship goods quickly and efficiently ensuring that we effectively handle all matters of customs for our clients both in the UK and throughout Europe.
