What Happens Next?

STEP 1 - Booking Confirmation

Once your booking form is received, we will get to work immediately by firstly contacting the collection point to arrange collection and ensure everything is in place for your transport. Once all arranged, you will receive a booking confirmation to your given email.

STEP 2 - Collection Note

We will let you know once your goods have been collected via a collection note to your given email. This will inform you exactly what we have collected including weights and number of items.

STEP 3 - Delivery Note

We will send you a delivery note up to 48 hours prior to the delivery of your goods, letting you know we are on our way. Please be advised that unless express scheduled delivery times are not guaranteed.
