The south of Italy includes regions and cities such as Naples, Rome, Bari and Perugia. When it comes to our Italian freight services these regions are serviced via our partner depot in Modena or via direct international trailers via our door to door services.

We utilise the Italian pallet network to assist us with any groupage shipments with transit times to our northern hub in Modena of 2-3 days, we then consolidate the goods with other compatible cargo and ship to the UK on our twice weekly service on Tuesday and Fridays.

For any part or full loads, we like to collect on wheel and ship directly to the delivery point with transit time of 4-5 days depending on the specific collection and delivery points.

We do also operate express services from this region but as you can imagine with the mileage involved this is very much a premium service with transit time of up to 3 days.

As of the 1st of January 2021 customs clearance is now required on all goods entering or exiting Great Britain. Here at Plexus Freight we have been working hard to ensure that all our client requirements are met.
