We’ve had a bit of a revamp here at Plexus. But while the website is vastly improved with a whole new level of functionality, we’d like to reassure you that the service you’ve come to rely on remains unchanged.

The New Plexus Freight Website
Launched this June, the main focus of the new website is enhanced user experience. So:
- We’ve made it easier to navigate – everything you need to know about each specific service is no more than a click away.
- We’ve improved the information available on the website for all of the services we offer.
- You can now easily access the routes we service across Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Western Europe.
- And with our improved ‘quick response’ and live chat facilities, we’re now able to respond to every query within 30 minutes.
Additional new functionality coming soon
While we’re really happy with the way that the new website looks and feels, we’re always on a mission to improve our customer service and experience. With this in mind, we’re currently in talks with a new freight software provider to make developments that will allow you to book and track your shipments completely online.
This will also allow you to check essential information such as holiday schedules and European holiday dates before making your booking. It just streamlines and simplifies the process for you.
We’ll let you know as soon as this new functionality comes into play. And of course, we’ll still always be available on the phone for anyone who wants the human touch.
2020 has not been the best of years for anyone. Even those lucky few sectors that have been able to grow through the pandemic and the disruptions of Brexit have faced their own unique sets of challenges. With our new online look, enhanced web presence and improving digital services, this is Plexus Freight embracing the 2020 challenge.
